Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall replace 520 bleacher frame row wheels and 10 drive wheels 2. The Contractor shall replace 4 over stretched power system drive transfer chains and tensioners 3. The Contractor shall test the system to ensure proper operation and to ensure that system does not drag or damage existing floor. The Contractor shall ensure proper alignment, operation, and service all components as needed per manufacturers recommendations. 4. The Contractor shall be responsible for all labor and material to remove and install new components. 5. The Contractor shall be aware that the existing bleachers are INTERKAL installed in 2007. Model number is unknown. 6. The Contractor shall provide a one (1)-year warranty on all labor and material. 7. The Contractor shall coordinate the work schedule and installation with USCA COR to ensure no disruptions to athletic events. 8. The Contractor shall maintain a clean work site.
