Specifications include, but are not limited to: The qualified mover must work with the Election Commission’s Field Coordinator through a seamless process of organizing and facilitating the delivery and return of Equipment to the city’s approximate 182 polling (voting) locations. Transported Equipment may include a voting tabulator (DS200, DS850, DS450), a ballot marker (Express Vote), a metal storage bin, folding tables and chairs, bulletin boards, easels, voting booths, and signs. This process must include an exceptional level of consistent and timely communication between movers, the move supervisor and the Field Coordinator. Polling locations are established across the city’s geography and include schools, park pavilions, housing facilities, libraries, churches, and other facilities. Services shall include the following: 1. Following the instructions of a detailed Movers’ Inventory supplied by the Field Coordinator, removing the Equipment from their warehouse facility and loading and transporting the Equipment to the City’s polling locations. The City’s warehouse facility includes an enclosed loading dock and hydraulic lift. 2. Unloading the Equipment from the transport vehicle at each polling location, placing the Equipment in their proper location, and setting up the room in accordance with provided instruction. 3. Picking up the Equipment from each polling location and transporting it back to the warehouse facility. 4. Unloading the Equipment at the warehouse facility and placing the Equipment in the applicable storage areas of the facility as directed by the Election Commission’s Field Coordinator or other designated personnel of the City of Milwaukee. 5. Review and reconcile an inventory of all items removed from the warehouse for delivery and confirm the return of each item. Any discrepancies must be resolved.
