Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services of a qualified contractor to provide supportive services and technical assistance for the NDDOT's On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. Primary duties include tracking trainee progress, reviewing payroll and hourly reimbursement requests, monitoring trainees on the worksite, contacting contractors with trainee assignments, and compiling statistical data for the OJT Program. The Civil Rights Division is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the OJT program, which is based on federal legislation, 23 CFR Part 230. The OJT program is intended to provide training and skill improvement opportunities to assure the increased participation of minorities, women, and economically-disadvantaged persons in all phases of the highway construction industry
