Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1 Collaborate with AZGFD to develop a process to produce, fulfill, package and ship AZGFD branded merchandise. 2.1.2 Offer a catalog of products that Contractor can produce with AZGFD artwork and branding. 2.1.3 Catalog, or a link to catalog should be accessible from AZGFD’s website (https://azgfd.com) 2.1.4 Ensure that all customer interactions are represented as “Arizona Game and Fish Department”. 2.1.5 Adhere to mutually agreed upon customer service, quality and service-level standards. 2.1.6 Provide comprehensive and flexible reporting services such as but not limited to, financial, distribution, customer service and quality levels, web reporting and customer order history. 2.1.7 Process physical returns from consumers (individual customers and wholesale/retail customers) and generate reports that indicate the reason for return and the outcome (i.e., product was returned to stock or product was damaged). 2.1.8 Utilize cost-effective shippers. 2.1.9 Be responsible for the packaging and shipping of merchandise orders (drop shipments are acceptable and Contractor is responsible for tracking the shipment) and for resolving damaged product issues. 2.1.10 Have the ability to insert additional marketing materials provided by AZGFD upon request. 2.1.11 Invoice AZGFD on a monthly basis. 2.2 AZGFD Responsibilities AZGFD shall: 2.2.1 Based upon mutual agreement, provide artwork and branding to the Contractor in digital format to be applied to products in Contractor’s catalog and products (clothing, hats, stickers etc.). 2.2.2 Host and maintain an online store that lists products available for sale through Contractor. 2.2.3 Process payments for retail sales items and provide customers with receipts. 2.2.4 Provide Contractor with order data on a mutually agreed upon cadence, to include but not limited to: customer name, mailing address, phone number; quantity, color and size of product ordered, etc. 2.2.5 Provide a secure method to transfer order data to Contractor. 2.2.6 Process all tax filings on AZGFD products, including transaction privilege tax. 2.2.7 Generate payments to Contract in Net 30 days upon receipt of invoice unless extenuating circumstances occur that make payments unable to process within 30 days.
