Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Proposer must administer a set of regional incentives-based rewards programs, the Guaranteed Ride Home (GRH) program, and multiple annual modal promotions, such as Bike to Work Month, aimed at encouraging the use of clean transportation modes. The Proposer will: - Be responsible for obtaining rewards and distributing rewards to program participants. Rewards may include discounts, coupons to national and local restaurants, coffee shops, sports venues, retail stores both national and local. - Provide fulfillment of rewards earned by issuing them to the respective commuters. - Incorporate any local rewards acquired by CRRI staff into the rewards system at no charge. - Maintain rewards in sufficient supply and to be used in an on-going fashion. White Label and Custom Branding It is important for RIPTA to maintain brand consistency. RIPTA should be able to brand the software, including mobile apps, with the RIPTA and/or CRRI branding. The capability to provide customizable employer-specific interfaces or microsites is strongly desired. The purpose of this capability is to provide employer partners with the option to display tailored graphics and content, such as a dashboard showing the employer’s TDM activities, to their employees who use the software. Training and Support - Provide training to CRRI staff on how to enroll interested participants and how to use the software. - Meet periodically with CRRI staff on how to improve program services. - Periodic training updates as functionality increases. - Technical support available by phone and email 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. - Provide minor changes such as adding or removing text or making changes to graphics. - Run reports as needed upon request.
