Specifications include, but are not limited to: eneral Scope of Work 1. The Vendor shall perform assessment of the current processes on campus relating to apparel, footwear, and equipment practices and be able to provide the following: a. Analysis and fair market valuation processes regarding existing organizational assets and partnerships. b. Provide support to Athletic administration during this process. 2. The Vendor shall assist the University with a recommended course of action for maximizing its effective apparel, footwear, and equipment practices program through the following: a. Provide evaluation procedures to assist the University in examining potential areas of growth. 3. The Vendor shall develop and implement a long-term all-inclusive apparel, footwear, and equipment plan through the following: a. Provide project approach including deliverables (audit/assessment, recommendations, apparel, footwear, and equipment plan, assistance with RFP, assistance in negotiations, assistance in review of terms and business issues). 4. The Vendor shall consult and advise, as required, on a resulting Request for Proposals process through the following: a. Provide methodology related to supporting organizations in their RFP processes and negotiation for apparel, footwear, and equipment to maximize funding. b. Provide plan and timeline for examination of current apparel, footwear, and equipment practices and implementation of strategy for future growth. c. Identify all deliverables needed for this project. 5. The Vendor must supply additional information for experience in consulting on Athletic apparel, footwear, and equipment through the following: a. Provide experience in assisting a minimum of (3) collegiate athletics programs similar in conference to the Department of Athletics with negotiations and agreement creation for apparel, footwear, and equipment. b. Provide experience in assisting a minimum of (10) collegiate athletics programs with negotiations and agreement creation for apparel, footwear, and equipment.
