Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Supplier shall deliver to secondary schools between the hours of 6:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, District observed holidays exempted in such quantities as ordered by Food Service Managers or authorized representatives with one day advance notice. The Supplier shall be able to deliver .2% of the estimated annual quantity for each item within one business day after receipt of the purchase order. The Supplier shall maintain this rate of delivery as required by the District. A listing of current schools and addresses may be obtained online at http://ccsd.net/district/directory/. Milk Requirements: Milk must comply with all criteria of the definition and standard of identity as stated on Title 21 by Code of Federal Regulations. Product will be pasteurized and homogenized, with Vitamin A & D added.
