Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Cargo trailer that meets the following specifications 1.1. Shall have dimensions of 8.5’ x 16’ x 7’ 1.2. Galvanized steel frame 1.3. GVWR of 10k 1.4. 7k jack with drop leg 1.5. Bumper pull 1.6. Standard DOT exterior lights 1.7. Rear ramp door 1.8. Interior Lighting 1.8.1. Lighting should adequately light the interior of the trailer 1.8.1.1. Example of 2 LED lights along the side walls and two along the roof. 1.8.1.2. Example of 2 LED light strips along the roof of the trailer. 1.8.2. Lighting options will be reviewed at the sole discretion of IDALS 1.9. No wood, wood products, or wood-based materials 2. Option 1 2.1. Rooftop Observation Deck and Railing that meets the following specifications 2.1.1. Exterior mounted ladder 2.1.1.1. Must meet DOT, OSHA and industry best practice requirements 2.1.2. Must meet OSHA safety Requirements. 2.1.2.1. Railing must be a minimum of 42’ tall 2.1.2.2. Railing must have a rating of a minimum of 200 lbs of side force 2.1.2.3. Railing must include a swing gate 2.1.3. Railing may be removable or foldable 2.1.4. Observation deck space should be at least 14’ x 6’
