Specifications include, but are not limited to: Fountain Maintenance ● Contractor to clean and maintain the fountain at Hubert Humphrey Park next to the Friendship Heights Village Center. Maintenance to include weekly cleaning, vacuuming, back washing filter, maintaining chemical levels, chemical and cleaning supplies, and materials. Proposal to include opening the fountain in the spring and winterizing the fountain before the winter. Irrigation Systems Maintenance (four systems): Hubert Humphrey Park, Willoughby Park, Page Park, 4602 North Park Avenue ● Contractor to open and inspect systems in the spring and include written inspection reports. Any repairs needed to get the systems in working order for the season to be billed separately. Provide hourly rate for any extra charges. ● Perform periodic inspections throughout the season, a total of four (4) inspections. Inspections include programming controllers for proper weather conditions and adjustments of all heads as needed. Any necessary repair work to be billed separately. ● Proposal to include winterizing the systems at the end of the season.
