Specifications include, but are not limited to: Multnomah County is seeking responses for General Construction Services for building construction on an on-call basis. The work will require each supplier to hold a general contractors license in the State of Oregon to subcontract and manage subcontractors based on the project requirements. Projects could involve remodeling, demolition, upgrade, new construction and rehabilitation of County owned properties. This will be a broad scope contract involving the supply of any needed trade, material, coordination, technical expertise or requested construction labor, materials, equipment or services. Suppliers that hold a general contractors license but only specialize in one trade group will not be considered to meet the requirements of the GCSP.
