Specifications include, but are not limited to: The new Public Works Campus will house the administrative services for Murray City. The Project consists of the site clearing/grubbing, demolition of existing buildings/site elements and construction of the new Public Works Campus. Demolition and construction operations will most likely require phasing to accommodate existing site restrictions and ongoing operations. The design will be based on the Project Definition Documents known as the Design Guidelines and Imperatives (DGL&I) that will be issued with the Stage 2 Request for Qualifications to the short-listed teams. The facility will be approximately 44,748 GSF Buildings, 51,457 GSF Exterior Improvements/Landscaping and will be situated on the site as described in the Design Guidelines.
