The following is a high-level summary of key project deliverables and milestones. DIR MCS/OSHA is open to contractors proposing a project delivery approach and methodology (e.g., agile method) they believe is appropriate for this project to ensure a successful outcome. 1. Project management, communication, and control. 2. Document and validate relevant requirements, processes, and business rules (this can include a software “gap analysis” if appropriate). 3. System development/configuration/deployment (this should include organized interaction with users/subject matter experts to ensure the system functionality is in alignment with requirements and workflows). 4. Data conversion/migration (migrate data from the legacy system – Jurisdiction Online). 5. User and system administration training. 6. User Acceptance Testing (two primary levels – specific processes/functions, and full endto-end testing). 7. Go-live cutover to new system. 8. Go-live support for a specific period (e.g., 30 days).
