Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of the basic services is to prepare construction documents for _the Hahl North Stormwater Detention Basin and associated channel improvements of Halls Bayou, HCFCD project number_P518-14-00-E001 __. The anticipated improvements include an approximately 220 ac-ft dry-bottom stormwater detention basin and an approximately 30-ft widening of the Halls Bayou north bank for 2,100 LF. The project is funded by state and federal grants.
