Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolition (raze/ tear down) of all structure (s), to include removal of the structure(s), removal of all debris, weeds, rank vegetation, driveways, slabs, foundation walls, impervious surfaces, and fences. Sever and seal electrical, gas, water, sewer, and telephone utility mains per the Utility Companies Directives, also to fill open wells, removal/crushing/fill-in of septic tanks, underground fuel tanks, etc. on property(ies) to South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control standards. Demolition of the structure shall be in accordance with all applicable regulations for the properties located at: 41 E 5th Street (Woodside), Greenville, SC, Tax Map Number 0125.00-06-026.00. Asbestos WAS detected. However, Air Monitoring is not required. Please see asbestos report. Leveling and grading of entire site and seeding the property with a mixture of grass seed, specifications found in Section G “CLEAN-UP” of this document. Construction of any temporary passageways meeting the requirements of these specifications may be required.
