Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Human Services, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (the state purchasing agency) is requesting proposals from qualified applicants to provide transition and pre-employment transition services for students with disabilities between the ages of 14 through 21 years old (the day prior to their 22nd birthday) statewide. Services may include, but are not limited to instruction on self-advocacy, job exploration counseling, work readiness training, counseling on postsecondary opportunities, and community work-based learning experiences. The contract term will be from April 1, 2024 through September 30, 2026, with the option for two (2) 1-year renewals. Multiple contracts will be awarded under this request for proposals.
