Specifications include, but are not limited to: Renovation of a portion of the several locations within several existing spaces within the Main and Barlow Buildings on the Davis Campus of Davis Technical College. Renovated spaces within the Main Building include Culinary Arts, Web and Graphics, Business, Math, and Workplace Success as well as Presidential and Foundation Office, Shipping and Receiving, and Davis Tech Facility Services. Renovation within the Barlow Building includes Architectural and Engineering Drafting and Design as well as Plumbing and Electrical Trades. In both cases, the building occupancy classification shall remain as “B”. Building construction type is assumed to be IIB and will remain unchanged.
