Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pentair Accudrive o Perform all the labor required to install on (1) Pentair Accudrive for 10hp Pool pump. o Rewire and re-plumb as necessary. 3” Side Mount Commercial Sand Filters o Perform all the labor required to disconnect plumbing at grade. o Disconnect all existing filters, plumbing and pumps. o Haul off and dispose. o Rewire 3 phase electrical as needed. o Install variable frequency drive controller. o Re-pipe influent side of plumbing to install new control valve at front of Pump. o Re-pipe and re-plumb effluent plumbing installing control valves and Back wash plumbing. o Re-pipe back flow preventor as needed. o Re-pipe and re-plumb to install upgraded commercial sand filters to Achieve County turnover requirements. o Re-install existing chlorine erosion feeder. o Purchase and install new secondary chlorine erosion feeder at pool to match potential demand of secondary sanitizer system. o Install Wi-Fi capable liquid fed sanitizer. o Automation to automatically keep up with the pool’s chemical demands and to more evenly distribute chlorine to the pool. o Install digital flow meter to set VFD pump for turnover ratio and Efficiency for variable frequency drive. o Disable solar heat plumbing keeping intact. o Provide instruction and continuing education training on installed Systems. AQUASOL Controller o Perform all the labor required to install one (1) XPC with Wi-Fi Chemical Automation system for the pool. o Mount controller box. o Re-wire system as needed to install controller. o Plumb in automation system, actuator valves o Install ORP/PH Set up. o Start up system. Calibrate flow. Check operation.
