Including finishes, ceilings and lighting, casework, power, and data. • Expansion of learning environment with new modular classroom buildings 700 and 800. [Site/General contractor scope includes sitework, site utilities, building foundation, low-voltage, fire-alarm and solar.] • Improvement of tiered support services with reconfiguration of space in building 400 as well as. • Improvement to child nutrition with modernization of MPR/ Cafeteria and new covered outdoor dining. • Improvement to outdoor environments and common areas including play area shade structure, play area equipment, outdoor learning areas and landscaping. • Modernization to school library / learning center building 350. • Safety and Security upgrades including reconfigured and expanded student drop-offs and secure campus entries. • Improvements to campus accessibility and wayfinding.
