Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1. The work specified by this section consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, appliances, transportation, and materials required to provide fire and smoke damage restoration services for a Cherokee Speaker Home. 3.2. Provide industry standard restoration services for: 3.2.1. Approximately 3,000 SF of horizontal surfaces in the Kitchen, Hallways, bedrooms, and bathroom (Roof covering, roof decking, roof sheets and ceiling structural supports, approximately 11 rafters, and Finished Ceiling & Finished Floor). 3.2.2. Approximately 20,000 SF of vertical surfaces (Interior & Exterior walls including sheet rock, brick & mortar and structural wall supports and framework) 3.2.3. Approximately 8 lights and/or ceiling fan fixtures to match existing style and design. 3.2.4. On existing interior walls that are not being replaced only odor-blocking paint specially designed to seal and block odors and lingering fumes are authorized. Submit material selection to CNR for approval before use. 3.2.5. Install new 200-amp residential service panel with all breakers required. 3.2.6. Install or replace any missing or damaged distribution and supply wiring according to proper code and services needed. A junction box will be installed where any new wiring is tied into existing wiring. All wiring must be done to code by a licensed electrician. 3.2.7. Install all new bathroom fixtures to match existing style and design. 3.2.8. Install all new kitchen cabinets and counter tops to match existing style and design. 3.2.9. Install all new spray in insulation in attic and exterior walls. 3.2.10. Replace all windows in damaged area with double pain, single hung to match existing style and design. 3.2.11. Completely demo and remove ALL burnt or bad materials damaged due to the fire and haul off and dispose of properly. 3.3. Scope of work does not include Living Room on west end of house.
