Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Utah Transit Authority (UTA) is soliciting statement of qualifications for a Federal Grant Compliance Management Services Consultant (FGCMSC) for the Grants Department as outlined in this RFQu. The selected Consultant (or Team) will perform Federal Grant Compliance Management Services under the day-to-day guidance of UTA, and in general conformance with a schedule and staffing budget plan developed by the FGCMSC and approved by UTA. Only one Proposer will be selected for the FGCMSC contract. This request for qualifications identifies the current needs of UTA. The FGCMSC selected for this project will be expected to have advanced experienced in performing similar work, with an emphasis on transit and related capital programs. The FGCMSC will be expected to work under the direction of the Grants Director. For purposes of this proposal, proposers should assume contract performance will begin on Feb/Mar 2024.
