Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pest control services includes but is not limited to: • Perform exterior pest control services on a bi-monthly basis at all locations • Target pests will include but not be limited to ants, spiders, earwigs, silverfish, mice, rats, etc. • Additional interior treatments for target pests will be provided at no additional charge on an “as-needed” basis. • Rodent box traps will be placed around the perimeter of each building and will be checked and rebaited each visit. • Some interior treatments may need to be performed after hours or on weekends. • Additional services will be billed separately on an as needed hourly rate basis and require written approval before services are provided. • Invoices will be sent every other month with separate line items for each location.
