Specifications include, but are not limited to: Unless otherwise indicated, the roads need to be surveyed in their entirety. Whether indicated on sketch or not, survey needs to include: • All points 50 feet off centerline of road on both sides using specifications attached. • All iron pins (property corners) that can be located. • Shots should be taken a minimum of 200 lf upstream and downstream of any outfalls found, especially at the end of drainage easements. • Shots should be taken 200 lf each way at every street intersection. • Building corners and utilities within 50 LF of the centerline should also be recorded, as well as extra shots indicated in the sketch. • Take additional shots for the drainage easements a minimum of every 50 lf; extending 10 lf on each side of the width of the easements, including any ditches or swales which may lie within or next to the easements. Ora Lane: Begin at intersection and proceed North approximately 960 lf and South approximately 300 lf (± 1,260 lf). Drainage Easements: (± 1,120 lf). • Begin at the intersection of Myrtle Road and Ora Lane and proceed east 535 lf east. • Begin at the south end of Ora Lane and proceed east 584 lf Myrle Road: Beginning at the intersection of Sandbed Rd. (S13-897) proceed east on Myrtle Road for approximately 530 lf to the intersection of Ora Lane. (± 530 lf).
