Specifications include, but are not limited to: CCSU is looking for individuals to develop and instruct in-person, hybrid and or online curriculum related to all phases of teaching Model-Based Definition and Industry 4.0. It is not expected that one individual can or should develop all of the material. Consideration is given to instructors that have developed and delivered topics in industry 4.0, digital transformation, model-based definition and related technical topics. The classes could consist of combination of instructor guides and outlines, videos, online course formats, workshops and/or classroom programs. Instructors will be required to work with other state and quasi-state agencies. Curriculum is being developed in conjunction with other agencies and its purpose is to prepare aerospace manufacturing vendors with the tools to transition their business to Industry 4.0 language. Each one of the individual classes is being created to address specific knowledge areas so that manufacturers can offer this training to their employees to help them transition.
