Specifications include, but are not limited to: The School Facilities Authority (SFA) anticipates the need for Professional Services for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024) for the following related disciplines: 1. Architecture 2. Civil Engineering 3. Community Planning 4. Construction Management 5. Electrical Engineering 6. Environmental Engineering 7. Landscape Architecture 8. Land Surveying 9. Mechanical Engineering 10. Real Property Appraisal 11. Structural Engineering NOTE: Firms wanting to be qualified under the categories of Construction Management or Project Management must have a Hawaii licensed architect or engineer on staff that will perform, conduct, or supervise the work. Firms interested in the discipline of Planning must have the necessary education, training, and experience. For staff that will perform, conduct, or supervise the work, indicate if any persons have the American Planning Association’s American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) or other relevant planning type certifications.
