Specifications include, but are not limited to: : Currently the Cheshire Parks and Recreation Department is requesting proposals for services for our 2024 Summer Concert Series at Bartlem Park. We are anticipating 4 concerts (Tentative Dates: Fridays in July and August days TBA between the hours of 7pm-9pm) if funds are appropriated from Town Council. The Town is seeking qualified vendors to provide a high-quality stage, lighting and audio system to accommodate crowds of around 3,000. Additionally, vendor must provide qualified technicians to set up and operate all equipment. Staging: - Stage Line SL-100 or SL260 mobile stage system (no substitutes) Audio: - Quad-amplified line-array front-of-house audio system capable of covering 140˚ seating area for up to 3000 people. - Digital audio consoles with 48 inputs and digital snake system - NO Behringer or Mackie brands. - Monitor system with matched, bi-amplified, externally-powered wedge monitor speakers with two-inch HF drivers – No self-powered speakers.
