Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCOPE OF WORK • Selective interior demolition • Exterior demolition is required for the proposed landing and ramp. • Interior concrete for under-slab plumbing • Railings and lintels • Rough carpentry - blocking, and furring • New doors, frames, and hardware as noted. • Metal stud framing and drywall assemblies • Acoustical ceiling assemblies as shown. • Painting – partitions, doors & and frames, ceiling grid in the auditorium, railings, and lintels • New flooring and wainscot • Raised access flooring as specified in the auditorium. • Restroom accessories and specialties • Relocation of sprinkler heads to center of new acoustical ceilings • Plumbing and exhaust fan assemblies as per plans and specifications. Plumbing demo as noted. • Re-route mechanical piping and distribution. Mechanical demo as noted. • Electrical demolition as noted, power and lighting, low voltage, salvage, and reinstall WAP. • Site concrete – landing, ramp, and drainage encasement • Asphalt replacement as noted. • Maintaining accessible occupant use will be required. • The University is responsible for removing from the building personal belongings, sensitive equipment, and electronics. • Asbestos Abatement is the responsibility of the Contractor. • Coordination of construction schedule and of construction prep work for the successful inclusion of Owner Furnished Owner Installed (O.F.O.I) equipment and furniture.
