Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Program shall provide a safe and secure drop-in center for adults experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness to address a variety of basic needs and services, including hand washing stations, access or referrals to shower resources to the degree they are available, restrooms, storage and laundry facilities. Using evidence-based practices, respondents will outline the services that will serve adults experiencing homelessness and that promote basic health and hygiene, wellness, and connection to community resources such as the City’s shelter resources, the Homelessness Response Center, and other shelter and housing-related community resources to address homelessness and access/identify housing opportunities.
