Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following describes the scope of services and performance standards that the selected vendor will be expected to meet. 1. Chat based, on-demand tutoring with ability to chat with qualified tutors 24/7. 2. Unlimited access for students. 3. Writing submission feedback response within 48 hours. 4. Alignment to courses offered within the district including, but not limited to, IB and AP courses. 5. Accessible to all students (culturally relevant and multilingual). The district serves students who speak a variety of languages. Tutoring support in their first language for students who speak English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian and Chinese is highly desired. 6. Teacher access to view information regarding student use. 7. The district uses Synergy and Google classroom and is interested in any available integrations with these systems.
