Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Council Bluffs Police Department (CBPD) is a mid-sized suburban law enforcement agency in Iowa that is part of the greater Omaha metropolitan area. The CBPD seeks to strengthen its ability to attract, recruit, and hire qualified candidates for police office and other specialized positions. The CBPD intends to accomplish this by updating its approach to identifying and engaging with potential candidates. This would occur through social media messaging, paid media campaigns, on-line candidate screening and interviewing processes, targeted delivery of meaningful recruitment content, and dynamic communication with potential candidates by means of SMS text and email communications.
