Specifications include, but are not limited to: This contract establishes a system-generated form Master Agreement (“MA”) for Contractor to provide Pima County (“County”) with daily milk deliveries to inmates at Pima County Adult Detention Complex on an “as required basis” by issue of Delivery Order (“DO”) or Delivery Order Maximo (“DOM”). 4.1.1. Contractor shall be financially responsible for obtaining all required licenses to comply with pertinent municipal, county, state, and federal laws, and assume liability for all applicable taxes including but not restricted to sales, and personal property. Contractor is responsible for obtaining all required permits. 4.1.2. Contractor must guarantee that all deliveries made to Pima County Adult Detention Complex are reserved as first (1st) stop status. 4.1.3. All loads will be unloaded by supplier. Pallets must be standard 48”x40” and should not be stacked higher than 6ft. Failure to palletize and shrink-wrap loads can result in rejection of order and will need to make arrangements to re-deliver same or next day. 4.1.4. Items should be free of damage. Damaged items will be returned to the Contractor and replacement items will be delivered at no additional cost to the County. Damaged items will be immediately brought to the attention of the Contractor.
