Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking bids for the provision of Pharmacy Management Services for patients residing at three (3) DHS care and treatment facilities. DHS will be awarding Contract(s) for Northern Wisconsin Center (NWC), located in Chippewa Falls, WI, and Southern Wisconsin Center (SWC), located in Union Grove, WI, for the purchase of pharmaceuticals and medications (OTC) as well as drug dispensing and clinical consulting. DHS intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract for drug dispensing and clinical consulting for Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center (SRSTC) located in Mauston, WI. Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center will be using the Minnesota Multi-State Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy (MMCAP) contract for Pharmaceuticals and Biologicals. The Department of Health Services does not guarantee it will purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount. Bids that require a minimum number of commodities or services be ordered will be disqualified. There will be no guarantee to purchase any specific quantity or pay any minimum Contract price during the term of the Contract.
