Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) The successful bidder must provide to each site as a condition of this contract cleaning chemicals and supplies/equipment in sufficient quantity to meet the levels of sanitation required by the health department and school system. Package labeling must be clear and directions in English and Spanish. SDS information must be provided for all products. Detergents must dilute instantly in hot or cold, hard or soft water. Products must make an effective cleaning solution, which leaves no film or residue and must not stain or discolor equipment when used at recommended proportions. All products must meet OSHA, HACCP, ServSafe, USDA and local health department requirements. NO PRODUCT MAY BE HARSH OR CORROSIVE. The types of chemicals and supplies provided under this contract must include, but not be limited to the following: • Concentrated Dish machine Detergent • Liquid Dish machine Rinse Additive • Descaler & Delimer • Heavy Duty Pot and Pan Detergent • Low Sudsing Heavy Duty Pot and Pan Detergent • Quaternary Ammonia Sanitizer • Concentrated Heavy Duty Cleaner/Degreaser • Stainless Steel Cleaner/Polish • Oven, Grill, and Hood Cleaner • Glass Cleaner – all spray bottles shall be included at no charge for the duration of the contract • Liquid Laundry Detergent • Powdered Laundry Detergent with Oxygen Bleach • Liquid Bleach • Liquid Drain Maintenance Waste Liquefier • Hand Soap-Foaming or Lotion with dispensers • Quat Test Strips • Oven Scrapers • Mop Heads
