Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tasks shall include the following: 1. Meet with Village staff to review existing amenities, site constraints and receive direction regarding site specific requirements. 2. Attend a scheduled larger community multi-project public engagement meeting hosted by the Village’s Park and Public Spaces Committee to receive stakeholder comment on park uses and priorities. Feedback from a community digital survey may also be provided. 3. Produce up to three (3) conceptual upper park design layouts. This deliverable should include accompanying renderings and/or comparable images to illustrate design intent (including reproduceable digital copies) for review and presentation. Each concept should include preliminary estimated construction costs. 4. Attend a meeting of the Village’s Parks and Public Spaces Committee (PPS) to present design concepts and respond to questions. The Village Board will formally approve any improvements as part of a future budget.
