The project includes but not limited to: 1. Bid Package #01-1: Abatement 2. Bid Package #09-1: General Construction 3. Bid Package #23-1: Dispatch Garage Decentralization C. Bid Packages that have already bid but are included for reference. 1. Bid Package #21-1: Fire Suppression for the Chapel 2. Bid Package #23-1: Mechanical Decentralization for the Elmcrest, Administration, Medical Center, and Food Service buildings. 3. Bid Package #26-1: Electrical Decentralization and Fire Alarm for the Elmcrest, Administration, Medical Center, and Food Service buildings and only replacing fire alarm at the Chapel and Dispatch Garage D. Target date to provide substantial completion is December 6, 2024.
