Specifications include, but are not limited to: Install one (1) 20' x 60' Shade Structure used for Outdoor Learning Area; Building 1300-S. Add new site concrete at the shade structure area. Remove and replace portions of concrete, as required for path-of-travel improvements. Remove and replace portions of the landscape irrigation system. Parking Lot Improvements to Parking Lot 2. Refer to Sheet SD/A103. The Owner will procure the Shade Structure as indicated in PC 04-121459. The materials will be delivered to the site, FOB. Contractor shall off-load materials and place them in an area approved by the Owner. Contractor shall fence and protect materials. Contractor will provide all labor and materials to install the shade structure, foundations and all related work. Prepare site for OFCI Shade Structure.
