Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide the following NHA Management Plan Development project services: TASK 1 – Project Coordination And Record Keeping - Kick-off Meeting – Within the first month after contract is signed, the Contractor and DPC staff will hold a project kick-off meeting to review the project scope of work, project deliverables, schedule and milestones, roles and responsibilities of project partners, and other information that will assist in project completion. The kick-off will include a tour of the proposed Delta Conveyance Project footprint. Prior to the kick-off meeting, the Contractor will review the executive summaries of the DEIR and DEIS for the Delta Conveyance Project, relevant portions of comments on the DEIR/DEIS by the Delta Protection DPC, affected counties, the Delta Counties Coalition, and participating tribes. The Contractor will also review the DPC’s report Cultural Resources of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta in the Delta Conveyance Project Area, and the most recent edition of the programmatic agreement for the project’s review under the NHPA’s Section 106. (see Tables A-1 below). Contractor shall schedule and facilitate the kick-off meeting, including preparing the meeting agenda. Executive Meeting Summary - Contractor shall provide an executive summary of the kick-off meeting to include decisions made, decisions pending, and action items within two weeks of the meeting. Project Coordination Meetings - The Contractor shall check-in bi-weekly by email, phone, or video conference with DPC staff to report on progress and completion of scheduled tasks. Up to eight (8) meetings will be held annually with DPC staff to advise them on progress in protecting cultural resources in the Delta and historic properties in the Delta consistent with the NHPA’s Section 106 and 110(f) and the project’s programmatic historic property management plan. The Contractor shall attend subsequent progress meetings and develop and distribute agendas and meeting notes with action items and outcomes. Agendas, notes, and action items shall be delivered via email. Record of Project Coordination - Prior to final invoicing, the Contractor shall deliver a Record of Project Coordination, including action items, outcomes, agendas, and meeting notes, compiled during the project execution.
