Specifications include, but are not limited to: Item No. 1- Pacific Quick Scrub or equivalent o Scrubbing System ● Cleaning Path- The machine has a 12-inch scrub squeegee combination head which both dispenses and recovers solution. ● Solution Tank ● The machine must have a 5.5 ± 0.5 gallons solution tank capacity or greater and the solution flow will be approximately 0.35 ± 0.1 gpm. o Brush Type ● The combination head must accommodate a cleaning brush with both soft and stiff bristles and the option of a cleaning pad. ● The cleaning head must swivel to provide scrubbing and squeegee contact with surface. ● The cleaning head must include rollers to allow for baseboard cleaning and have a maximum height of 3.6 inches to clean under equipment and furniture. o Water Flow • When triggered, the water flow rate will be no greater than 0.35±.1 gpm. Solution Tank Drain A 1/2” see through diameter hose will be included to drain the tank and provide visibility to solution tank water level o Solution Tank Filter ● An 80-mesh bowl filter will be included at the outlet of the tank Solution Tank Fill Ports The machine must include the following means of filling with clean water or solution. ● A hose fill port. ● A bucket fill port ● optional hose and adapter will be provided to facilitate filling from a sink o Delivery Hose ● 1⁄4” ID braided hose will connect the machine by means of a quick disconnect fitting to facilitate the wand being disconnected. o Scrub Tool ● The machine will have a deck brush style head within the following size requirements to allow for cleaning around equipment, commodes, and other confined spaces; ● The combination head must accommodate a cleaning brush with both soft and stiff bristles and the option of a cleaning pad. ● The cleaning head must swivel to provide scrubbing and sweeping contact with surface. ● The cleaning head must include rollers to allow for baseboard cleaning and have a maximum height of 3.6 inches to clean under equipment and furniture.
