Specifications include, but are not limited to: tems of Work – Contractor agrees to provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials, supplies, travel, and any incidentals necessary to provide uniforms and coverall rental, laundry, delivery, and embroidery services to the Commission, as described herein. Contractor shall create and maintain a detailed and itemized physical inventory, listed by location, which includes the following data: item, count, estimated useful life, time in service, and estimated remaining life. This shall be provided to the designated Commission Project Coordinator at the start of the Contract. Quarterly reporting of this inventory shall be provided to, and reviewed and approved by, the designated Commission Project Coordinator. All garments shall be new when issued anytime during this Agreement. Contractor agrees to provide all uniforms and coveralls clean and free from defect, including tears and holes. All fasteners (buttons, zippers, ties, or other closures) shall function properly. Contractor shall replace all unserviceable items as required. All uniforms and coveralls furnished shall be equal to or greater than the industry standard and be of material, color, and construction approved by the designated Commission Project Coordinator. Provide initial uniform set-up services. The designated Commission Project Coordinator will work with the Contractor to schedule fittings of items. The fitting will determine the quantity, tailoring needs, style, and sizes of the items to be rented, laundered, and delivered; and/or purchased. Division departmental patches and insignia will be provided by designated Commission Project Coordinator. Contractor agrees to attach provided patches and insignia to the rented shirts and coveralls as directed by the designated Commission Project Coordinator. The Commission reserves the right to increase or decrease locations, quantities, and number of services as needed. Need levels are dependent on the number of employees. The Contractor agrees to increase or decrease supply quantities, based on fluctuations in staffing levels, as directed by the designated Commission Project Coordinator or designee. The same rate(s) specified in Exhibit B1; Cost Worksheet apply to increase supply quantities. The Commission shall notify the Contractor of any changes to services via email thirty (30) days prior to and/or two (2) weeks subsequent to change event (i.e., new hire, termination, resignation, promotion, etc.).
