Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Judiciary will be using these services to develop and deploy a Judiciary Digital Threat Protection Program to maintain the operational continuity of the Judiciary by providing these services to identified Judiciary employees, Judiciary properties, and/or leased properties of the Judiciary. The Judiciary Digital Threat Protection Program will consist of: 1. JUDICIARY EMPLOYEE’S PII DISCOVERY SERVICE AND REDACTION SERVICES: a. Provide Personally Identifiable Information (PII) discovery services to identify data brokers and other entities that maintain identity information of justices, judges, and other judiciary employees of the Judiciary, State of Hawai`i.. b. Provide redaction services based on the information found by the discovery services, and remove or anonymize such PII. Periodically validate the status of the PII. 2. OTHER DIGITAL THREAT PROTECTION SOLUTIONS: a. Identify threats against Judiciary employees and provide other digital threat protection solutions for the Judiciary and identified Judiciary employees of the Judiciary, State of Hawai`i.
