Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State intends to establish a statewide Quantity Purchase Agreement (QPA) for Flags and Accessories for All State Agencies. A Quantity Purchase Agreement is a contract between the State and contractor, in which commodities are supplied to Indiana state agencies on an ongoing, as-needed basis. The contractor will be responsible for flags and accessories for State agency customers. It is important to note that State agency customers are located throughout the State of Indiana. As such, the contractor must have capacity to supply the requested items to all parts of the State. In fiscal year 2024, the State spent approximately $28,600.00 with the current vendor. These numbers do not include flag and flag accessory purchases from K12 and local entities who currently handle their own contracts directly with vendors or through purchasing associations. Since these numbers are based on past usage and may fluctuate up or down, the State is not in a position to guarantee that future spending will be at these levels. Nevertheless, the amount is provided as an aid to suppliers in responding to this bid. The State reserves the right to award by line item, by category, or by overall bid (all categories). In order to be considered for award for a category, Respondents must submit pricing for all line items within that category. Likewise, in order to be considered for award for all categories, Respondents must submit pricing for all items in all categories.
