Specifications include, but are not limited to: All Consultant work and deliverables are expected to meet the requirements of existing State law and any changes to those laws while under contract. The following descriptions identify the minimum scope of services that may be provided by a qualified consultant. The respondent should identify any additional tasks that are recommended to meet the objectives of the work program in the response to this Task Order Solicitation (TOS). Additional details regarding specific tasks will be further described in subsequent Notice to Proceed (NTP) letters. Task 1: Project Initiation and Work Plan Anticipated Deliverables: ● Kick-off meeting with City team - The Consultant will prepare for and facilitate a project kick-off meeting with the City to clarify the project goals and objectives, finalize the work plan and schedule, identify lines of communication and decision making, and address other logistical and administration issues including document access, storage, and management. ● Develop a phased work plan; ● Develop project management plan(s) and schedules (linked to community engagement and public hearings, including time to prepare necessary technical studies); ● Creation of Dropbox (or similar) file-sharing folder to provide all project files and deliverables to City staff (including but not limited to formats in Excel, GIS, etc.); and ● Calls and ongoing email correspondence with the City Team related to Task 1, as needed.
