Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Add a sidewalk to a least one side of the roadway, resurface the roadway, and replace the aging curb and gutter, storm sewer, and roadway signs. • Repair/replace city utilities (sanitary and water) along the roadway • Utilize a comprehensive agency and public engagement process to engage, obtain feedback, and achieve community acceptance of a preferred design along this segment of CSAH 5. • Achieve a construction schedule that minimizes public inconvenience, while being sensitive to reducing overall project costs and impacts. • Produce a municipally-approved preliminary geometric layout and plans that meets all MnDOT, CSAH, and Washington County requirements. • Complete all required steps associated with the awarded funding to achieve construction in 2026
