Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office requests Quotes from qualified individuals and firms with experience in providing an automated Inmate Information Management System. The successful responder shall provide all software, system engineering, training manuals, training aids, materials maintenance, maintenance manuals, labor, and all things necessary to provide, install, implement, interface, and maintain the software to operate an automated Inmate Information Management System that enables users to manage inmate records and perform all of the comprehensive jail management activities delineated in this RFQ. Successful responder shall commence work within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of written Notice to Proceed.
