Following the RFQu-JOC process an RFP will be released to the Finalists. The intent of the below Scope of Work outline is to provide interested Contractors a common understanding of the scope of professional services required for the projects by YC.Below is a summary of the work to be performed by the awarded Contractor(s), following the Request for Proposal (RFP)process.1. A Job Order Contract is an indefinite quantity contract pursuant to which the Contractor may perform on-going services on individual projects at different locations in Arizona as members of this program with Yavapai College. This Job Order Contract is independent of any other State of Arizona Job Order Contract(s) and falls under the Master Service Agreement of Yavapai Community College. a. For this Contract, the State of Arizona is divided into five (5) different regions and contracts are awarded by region. See Regions Map, Appendix E.b. Throughout the regions, the work of this Contract is very diverse in its maintenance and construction needed, including but not limited to work in and about schools, wells, prison facilities, hospital and lab settings, courts, office buildings and residential and commercial buildings. c. Facilities range from small to large and are located in and around a wide range of weather and transportation conditions in the designated regions in Arizona. d. Additionally, Cooperative Program members include schools, cities and counties with their diverse range of needs will have ability to utilize these contracts.
