Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop, Create and Execute Special Events on UM Campus Services are needed for several events throughout the year. Events include, but are not limited to: Commencement Fall Convocation Concerts Athletic events Ceremonies Dedications Services Services vary with each event. Work may include, but is not limited to: Broadcast Livestream Captioning Recording Editing Develop creative landing pages for event links/information Concert production Lighting Staging Present reports of figures from streamed and broadcasted events. Work with appropriate UM departments to identify criteria and improvements for future events. Define key performance indicators and measures of success. Venues UM events are held in many venues across campus each year. Venues include, but are not limited to: The SJB Pavilion The Grove Vaught Hemingway Stadium Swayze Field The Gertrude C. Ford Center for the Performing Arts The Gertrude C. Ford Ole Miss Student Union The Circle Johnson Commons The Lyceum
