Specifications include, but are not limited to: The overall scope of this project includes the installation of owner supplied modular building and four 40’ towers, grading of site including placement of fill, foundations, placement of granular surfacing, fencing, directional drilling of duct bank, installation of handholes, pulling of fiber optic cable with testing and site restoration. The work will be completed in the following phases: 1. Phase 1 is the installation of conduit and associated materials from the existing Mid Carolina Electric CO-OP transformer to the proposed transformer at the RTR site. The work includes the installation of conduit, couplers and markers in preparation for construction by Mid Carolina Electric CO-OP.
