Specifications include, but are not limited to: The bid is only for the splash pad, pickleball courts and sidewalks, which must include all design and construction services. It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to supply all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to complete the work as specified herein. A water service room located in the newly built structure is to be used for the splash pads mechanical needs. The Town will be responsible for providing the utility service connections to the adjacent building. The Town will be responsible for providing a graded subsurface on which the facilities are to be built upon. The Town will provide a site plan with locations and space allocation for each facility. The Town will supply the drainage valve pit fully plumed with a uniform pipe size of 8” prior to construction.
