Specifications include, but are not limited to: he successful Proposer shall lead the implementation of grant activities through the following tasks: 5.1. Task 1 - Project Management and Reporting: This task includes the City Project Manager to oversee the project, retain and manage Qualified Environmental Consultants (Contractor), ensure project progress and compliance, coordinate with partners and Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”), and prepare monitoring reports. The City will use a competitive negotiation process to select the Contractor in conformance with federal procurement standards. The Contractor will submit monthly updates to the City for use in preparing quarterly reports to EPA documenting the progress of the grants and assisting with coordination with EPA. As Environmental Site Assessments (“ESA”) are completed the City will update EPA’s Assessment, Cleanup and Redevelopment Exchange System (ACRES) website.
