Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Project will consist of: A. Site visit to evaluate the current system configuration to determine the best replacement option. B. Removal and disposal of old units according to state and local requirements. C. Installation of a new unit. (contractor shall supply crane for installation). D. The contractor shall install and connect the new unit per the manufacturer's specifications. The contractor shall tie into existing electrical, condensate, and supply and return. If any modifications to the electrical, condensate, supply, and return need to be made, the contractor/installers shall make the modifications. E. Purchase a new heat pump (Carrier or Trane manufacturer) to replace the existing heat pump. The contractor shall supply a specification sheet of the make/model they are proposing. F. Final inspection and startup.
