Specifications include, but are not limited to: Daily pick-ups at University of Memphis Bursars Office who is the depository with address of 115G Wilder Tower, Memphis, Tennessee 38152 which is only pick-up location Pick-up times should last no more than 10 minutes Pick-up times should be five days a week (Monday thru Friday; no holidays) Pick-up will consist of cash, coins, checks, travelers checks, money orders Deliver lockbox contents and deposit slips Daily delivery to First Horizon Bank at 3409 Poplar Ave, Memphis TN 38111 Deliver deposits picked-up at UofM Retrieve deposit slips Retrieve Lockbox contents for three lockboxes Armored Car Agents must: Retrieve deposits from vault with supervision of UofM employee Sign and date log at time of pick-up Provide receipt of all items taken off-site Expectations of Servicer Invoices to be sent monthly outlining in charges in excess of the agreed upon monthly service fee Allow 30 days for payment once invoices have been sent Insure deposits up to a minimum of $250,000 Additional Information: The average currency liability shipped in is less than $15,000 per month. The average currency liability shipped out is less than $50,000 per day. The average coin liability shipped in is less than $2,000 per month. The average coin liability shipped out is less than $2,000 per month. Next day deposit delivery is not acceptable; however, exceptions to allow next day delivery would be for unforeseeable circumstances only. There are not any weapon surrender requirements. There are not any security access restrictions. There are not any parking restrictions. A parking access remote will be provided to the company hired. The lockboxes are 9 to 11 inches long and weigh 2 to 5 pounds. We are willing to open the pick-up time window to a 45 minute or 1 hour window but pick-up time should be made in order for the bank to receive deposit same day.
